Start where you are. Happy, sad, joyful, depressed, angry, feeling beat up, weak, over weight, over worked, under valued, skinny fat, tired, sleepless……where ever you are. Just begin. What are some of the benefits of hot yoga?

Sign up for this 21 day challenge and allow the magic of your mat to flow thru your body, mind and soul. Attend hot yoga every day for 21 days. There is no charge to take part in this program. Your yoga membership will take care of your class time.

Make 2019 the year to take care of You before anything or anyone else.  When we feel taken care of and on top of the world, we are able to share our light, love and wellbeing with all we meet.

Program begins Thursday, January 17th.  Strongly suggested you preregister in all classes as soon as possible to reserve your spot. Please register for the program online. The drop down menu will have a “21 Day Sweat challenge” at zero dollars.

 

All those who complete the 21 Day Sweat Challenge successfully with have a chance to win one unlimited monthly hot yoga membership!  All yogis who complete the challenge will have their names put in a hat and one winner will be randomly drawn.
