40 Days to Personal Revolution has been called by many, a life changing program. It begins January 5th and runs thru to February 13th. You will practise yoga 6 days a week, in the studio as much as you possibly can. On the days you can’t make it to the studio you practise at home. There are 6 weekly meetings you must attend, (Mondays 7pm – 830pm) where you will dig deep and discover, recreate and fall in love, with who you are. You are invited to come to these meetings with an open heart, mind and sense of adventure. It is suggested you consume no dairy, wheat or processed foods during the 40 days program.

This program is a perfect way to begin 2018 – with focus and clarity on creating Yourself Anew. By the end of the program, you will be stronger, inside and out. You will have a clearer picture on your values, priorities and direction you want your life to take this year and beyond.

Registration is $50 for the 40 Days program, and includes 6 meetings. Your yoga package takes care of your yoga portion of the program.
