A slower paced Yoga class where you will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing a deep release of tension and stress throughout your entire body, mind and soul. Lots of time for lower body release to occur. This class is ideal for runners, weight lifters, people on the go, and professional couch potatoes and seasoned yogis alike. An hour of self care, and respect for one’s body and mind.
A regular series of yoga postures to allow flowing, breathing, strengthening, balancing, twisting, releasing, cleansing and renewing. A little cardio, a little strength, a lot of stretch and being present in your own power. Power Vinyasa Yoga style classes taught in a room heated to around 99 degrees. Relax to the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes.
A slower paced Hot Power Yoga class where you will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing deep release of tension and stress. All levels class ideal for anyone needing to de-stress. Class based around Ashtanga yoga principles.
Warm Restorative Yoga
Warm Restorative yoga is an opportunity to release physical & mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures. Yoga props as well as breath & relaxation guidance are used to contribute to a deep state of rest. Poses are held a little longer with the intent of not stretching the body, but to evoking a recalibration of the nervous system from patterns of stress to an experience of healing & integration. This practice is beneficial to everyone, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, tension & pain & support the body’s immunity, digestion, sleep & healing. Room set at 85F/29C

Strong and Slow –
Slow down your body and breath while linking postures with deliberate movement. Slowing down builds strength and flexibility, allowing you to connect with the subtleties of the postures. A combination of movement and long holds releases tension and creates a sense of ease in both the body and mind.
Hot Yoga’s Yin / Yang provides the benefits of a perfectly balanced practice. The class begins with a Yang practice (Vinyasa Flow) to energize and strengthen the body and ends with a slow and deep practice (Yin postures) to stretch the connective tissue in the hips, thighs and lower spine and quiet the mind.
These energetic heated classes are taught to music. Requests always welcome. Theme night could find you shaking your asana to Rock, Country, R&B, Classics, anything is possible! Be inspired, let loose and flow to the beats. Jam nights are the way to Party on your mat! Always a ton of fun!

Dance Dance Party Party is a women-only freestyle dance session happening all over this great Earth. But what does that mean? Women from all ages enter a dark room with a bunch of strangers, dance their asses off to an eclectic mix of dance songs, and leave as friends, refreshed. It’s like reliving that late-night dance party from a sleep-over party you had when you were 10. It also just so happens to be incredible exercise that you don’t even realize you’re doing.
