Studio Calendar

Zen (ZenGlow)

A slower paced class where you will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing a deep release of tension and stress throughout your entire body.  Lots of time for lower body deep stretching to occur. This class is ideal for runners, weight lifters, people on the go, and professional couch potatoes. Taught in a heated room 90 to 100 degrees. ZENGLOW as above but in a room lite with candles.

Ying/Yang

Hot Yoga’s Yin/Yang provides the benefits of a perfectly balanced practice. The class begins with a Yang practice (Vinyasa Flow) to energize and strengthen the body and ends with a slow and deep practice (Yin postures) to stretch the connective tissue in the hips, thighs and lower spine and quiet the mind.

Power Flow

A regular series of postures to allow flowing, breathing, strengthening,  balancing, twisting, releasing, cleansing and renewing.  Power Vinyasa Yoga style classes taught in a room heated to around 95-100 degrees.

Power Jam

These energetic heated classes are taught to music. Requests always welcome. Theme night could find you shaking your asana to Rock, Country, R&B, Classics, anything is possible!  Be inspired, let loose and flow to the beats. Jam nights are the way to Party on you mat! Always a ton of fun.

All classes are 60 mins unless otherwise noted.

Chakra Dance

CHAKRADANCE is a powerful and authentic healing dance practice to promote that wonderful state of calm vitality known as “well being”.

Practising CHAKRADANCE can help tune and balance your whole body/mind/spirit system using spontaneous dance, guided imagery and music that resonates deeply with each in turn of the seven major chakras.
